Luke:
As an Horry County native, I love showing off the beautiful Grand Strand and surrounding areas. My wife and I, and our two daughters, live in Surfside Beach. I graduated from Conway High and then Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Marketing. Go Chants! I mentor and lead a weekly meeting of young men called the Taters, and am passionate about empowering and building up future generations through programs such as Chrysalis and Salkehatchie.
If you are selling or buying real estate, I can help guide you through the process and have a lot of materials I’ve personally created to help you make the best possible decision. I strongly believe in using market data and sharing information with you. Using guides and checklists, I provide a lot of support to my clients and I am willing to talk through every scenario so you feel comfortable.
My goals are to communicate clearly, talking through the scary parts of real estate and setting the right expectations to ensure a smooth experience. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I am an expert at identifying my client’s needs and exceeding their expectations with a well-executed plan. To better serve clients who are in the 50+ market, I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist, with training and expertise in the needs and challenges of this very important demographic. I would love to help you or your aging loved one make a move that will allow a more fulfilled life. I am proud to be a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider and a member of the 2022 CCAR Leadership Program.
In 2022, my wife Adrianne joins me as a licensed Real Estate Professional. Her goals are to ensure a smooth transaction and to assist in helping even more people realize their real estate goals.
I was put on this earth to make a difference in the lives of others and am driven to work hard for my clients, so that their part is easy. I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs and building a relationship that will last a lifetime.
Adrianne:
I love the Grand Strand, and have always called this area home. I grew up near Coastal Carolina University and was a member of the first graduating class of Carolina Forest High School. Currently, my husband, Luke, and I, along with our two daughters, call Surfside Beach home. I graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and moved back to Myrtle Beach, working in marketing, sales and event planning for tourism, advertising and healthcare. I am thrilled to help others realize their dreams of owning property in the Horry and Georgetown county areas.
